Leipzig is located in eastern Germany, in a flat area in the north-western part of Saxony. Leipzig has traditionally been an important traffic junction. Arrival by airplane:

Arrival by car:

From East and West / highway A14
Take the highway exit Leipzig Mitte and follow the sign “Zentrum“ until the sign „THE WESTIN LEIPZIG“ appears, then follow it.

From South and North/highway / highway A9
At the Schkeuditzer Kreuz change to highway A14 in the direction of Leipzig Zentrum. Take the highway exit Leipzig Mitte and follow the sign “Zentrum”, then follow the sign „THE WESTIN LEIPZIG“.

Arrival by train:

The Leipzig central station, traditionally one of the most important junctions in the German railway network, is right in the center of the city of Leipzig.

The ICE-, IC-, EC-, CityNightLine and DB NachtZug connections provide excellent and fast circulation from north to south and from east to west.

Direct ICE lines leave on the hour from Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Erfurt, Munich, Nuremberg and Dresden to Leipzig. There are direct IC connections to Magdeburg, Hanover, Bremen and Dortmund.

The walking distance between the west exit of the central station and the event hotel is 150 m.
